If the whole goal for your coaching is to help participants feel great, then this tip holds the keys you need to succeed if you want to avoid having to deal with mental health.

The thing to remember is that emotional distress always has a physical “tell” sign, which is probably why it’s the leading risk factor for injury.

This means that you don’t need to focus on mental health or risk getting in over your head.

If you want to be able to do everything humanely possible to help your participants avoid injury and improve every area of their health/fitness, you simply need to focus your whole game plan on improving joint movement because restricted joints can be the cause of emotional as well as physical distress.

This is hugely important because this simplifies everything for you as a coach.
